Energy Wall’sTM Insulation Series – made of NEOPOR®
The IS Series is made from BASF’s NEOPOR®. NEOPOR® is graphite impregnated into expandable polystyrene (EPS) resin. These tiny graphite particles act as infrared absorbers and heat reflectors lowering the thermal conductivity and greatly increases the thermal resistance (R-Value) of the insulation.
The IS Series is an Exo-Skeleton insulation system – Bringing Innovation to construction – developed and tested in the Northern Canada by Energy WallTM & Building Products Ltd. This innovative product is a continuous exterior insulation panel system designed for use in new and retrofit construction providing a continuous thermal break to the building envelope.
IS3000
The IS3000 series provides a 4″ thick continuous exterior insulation panel system designed for use in retrofit and also new construction. It provides a cost effective continuous thermal break to the building envelope to effectively save energy – IS3000 has an effective R-Value of 19.1.
IS4000
The IS4000 provides a 7″ thick continuous exterior insulation panel system and is designed for use in new and extreme retrofit construction. It provides a cost-effective continuous thermal break to the building envelope to effectively save energy – IS4000 has an effective R-Value of 32.37.

BASF Neopor® GPS is a graphite polystyrene (GPS) rigid foam insulation that gives maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability on construction projects.
